714 Smash Scene?

Hey everyone, well, I'm basically looking for people who play Brawl in the vicinity. There's tourneys and smashfests out of town in other cities, but they're like 30+ minutes from here and my parents don't like driving me too much. So, let me know if you'd be willing to host/have some small brawlfests if you live in the area! I need to play against people that aren't my friends, I think I'm learning their playstyles too much.

Edit : Also, if anyone lives around here and plans on going to any upcoming tourneys, I am in great need of carpooling. I can help pay for gas if thats a problem, but I really have no way of attending tourneys right now, and help would be uber-appreciated.

I was kinda excited when I read the title but you play Brawl. Brawl's okay but I don't plan on playing it anytime soon. There aren't many 714 smashers besides me and GB unfortunately.

Dang, how disappointing. Well, I guess I won't be attending any Brawl tourneys (unless I somehow manipulate my friends into driving me...).

I haven't played Melee in a while, I probably suck now. Maybe we can get something going sometime just for lulz though? o_O I was never really competetive at Melee, but I'd be willing to try, lol.

I'm down in the 949 area; its about 30 minutes away. I'm down for some Brawl any time, and I guess I could try to get into Melee also.
