4.3 and homebrew

Hello,

Does anyone know what the status is with the system patch for the wii? can homebrew be kept when downloading 4.3?

If it can't, can it be installed without having another game such as lego indiana jones?

If you install 4.3, Homebrew will be removed.

The only way to install it on 4.3 is with Lego Indiana Jones.

By homebrew, what kind of homebrew do you mean?

If you mean the homebrew channel, you need only install the latest version of the channel, THEN when installing system menu 4.3 the homebrew channel won't be removed.

You should be just fine if you've updated your HBC, though it might remove BootMii in some cases.

I have it, it just doesn't load as Boot2. I have to access it someway (like through WiiXplorer) to get to it.

Then you're doing something wrong. You either don't have it installed as boot 2, or you don't have the bootmii files on your SD card.
