My 360 controller always seems to turn off in the middle of Halo matches right when things get nasty.

I've tried it with multiple controlers and they all do the same thing.

I think it may be the rumble in the controllers or something.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Does your Xbox button being to flash consistanly? If so, it is low on batteries and will run out soon.

Erm, yeah, low batteries? Do you have a ton of 2.4ghz wireless stuff in your house interfering with the connection?

Thats what I thought, so I unplugged everything that was wireless in my room(Wii, phone, router) and changed the batteries in my 360 controller.

I actually just got off HALO due to my controller being an A Hole.

Plus, the only time it shuts off is when(and I swear to God) I'm about to kill someone or there's bullets flying everywhere.

It doesn't do it in any other game.

And I have 4 controllers and they all do the same(I had 5 but lets just say its in Controller heaven).

The only sure solution I can think of is to buy a wired controller, or a play & charge kit. Of course, that means you won't be able to play wirelessly during online multiplayer, but at least it won't spontaneously disconnect.
