I only watched the first vid, but I did notice that you whiffed a lot of attacks and didn't tech chase very well. Against a Captain Falcon, you can't whiff an aerial, it leaves you wide open to be grabbed. That Falcon wasn't good at utilizing that fact, but it is still something you should watch out for. You technical skill was pretty good.

I noticed you don't l-cancel the U-air very well. Especially in match 2 when the Falcon was on the platforms. You should keep pounding him with U-airs. But in order to do that you need to l-cancel it better.

L-cancelling with Uair isn't really a good option IMO, it is much better to double jump it. I find that a antihopped Bair works very well against CFalcon. Also, if you whiff a Fair with good spacing, then interrupt the Falcon's punisher with a jab
