as donkey kong I've always been able to cargo jump up throw second jump to dair or whatever other move. Since 3.6 Ive been having inconsistent random results with the second jump after throw. Sometimes it comes out fine like its supposed to and sometimes there's massive lag between the up throw and second jump. I don't think its human error so I wanted to make a post about it here to see if anyone knows anything.
