2015 Community Tier List Discussion

Is there a mathematical tier list out there somewhere? Like take all of a players statistics, everything from movement speed to hotbox sizes, and make an overall number to describe that characters potential effectiveness. I think that would be the most fair.

We should do that, just to see what kind of results we can get.

What if, instead of making an entirely new tier list, people could vote to move characters up or down in position from the previous list? Then, after all the votes and discussion takes place, an expert panel of the smartest smashers in the world have a secret discussion to finalize the new tier list. They would take our votes and discussions into account.
