Request 2 Player All Star Mode

setting so that the 2nd player is player 5 would be pretty good... until the G&Ws. I'm pretty sure it's possible, but it would require a lot of searching on how CPUs are loaded and make them work while adding the 5th player, and a solution against the 5 G&W.

What's the g&w problem? If it's just that g&w is player 5, then can't player 6 be used for the 2nd human player?

there is 5 G&W normally, so 6 player slots already taken. Reducing the amount of G&W to 4 would change the last stage a little too much.
