According to the 'Smash Guide' given out at the Japan in-store smash demos, it's the Streetpass mini game.

XKan translated it from a pic. It is a Streetpass minigame. aparently you are a top trying to know out other tops. I am assuming it is played on the Touch Screen by how it is worded.
