I know you guys are having a friendly match but have either of you heard of the L and R buttons? Blocking would have been nice for both of you, and I don't believe I saw one block in that video. I wasn't really paying good attention because it wasn't a great match after all :/

PS, Game N Watch Players are getting a bad rep nowadays because of his ability to "Conserve" Energy attacks and "Explode" his "Power" onto other players, so in the future try and use a less cheap of a character, like fox or falco or marth, or if you want a challenge maybe shiek. honestly i have to give you guys some respect for even trying to main those characters, ness especially, but you guys still have a long way to go. he was right, you 2 didnt even block, let alone wave dash, L-cancle, or anything, so my only advice is to learn those basic skills if you plan on entering tournaments. game and watch isnt such a bad character to master, cuz ive seen some stuff from him, but ness is another story. fox or falco would easily murder him every time, marth too.

gotta admire the guy's spirit for not giving a ****. Ness is definitely my favorite character and if you don't feel like going to the next level and would rather have fun, then...cool? However, if you want to get better, I suggest looking into, if not wavedashing [which is plenty useful as Ness], then AT LEAST blocking, L-Cancel, shield-grab, and (for Ness) Double-Jump-Cancel [press jump and immediately push up on the control-stick and you'll be able to do any air-attack RIGHT above the ground...pretty amazing to use against people.]

No need to insult anyone, they are obviously new or at least new to competitive smash. Some of us forget smash is a GAME initially created for the soul idea of FUN, and can be fun on all levels of play, noob-pro.

You guys should keep playing smash on what ever level you choose to play on. Just dont post any videos until you have at least fast falling down lol, or ******* like this guy will dis on you every chance they get.

as far as comments go. Wave dashing is important so I would recommend learning that. I would also pratice spaming jump-canceled, short-hop, bairs cause JCing is a big part of the pro Ness player. Ness Is a low tier character, but many people think he is underated, He can potentially be very fast if you are able to learn all his advanced techs, so its cool that you want to main him, but he is one of the more difficult characters to play.

I got into Smash for the soul purpose of Fun, not to be "the best" (which you clearly aren't) or to gain respect. If i pick those up along the way, then therer just pluses

Before you go wildly judging us and attempting to tell us what to do, rather than be a good sport and offer advice, why not take a trip down my memory lane.

When this vid was shot, id been playing Compitive Smash for what, about a month, i could WaveDash, but no incorp it, my blocking needed work, as im not the kinda person who likes defences (one of my big downfalls) and most of the advanced techniques were farly new to me.

I also didnt really want these vidoes of my G&W posted, and i am neithe a confident or compitent player with him, i just find him hilarious and thus enjoy playing him. Im a much better Ganon player (and yes, before you ask, i can L=cancle, Wave-Dash and that malark, im in the process of SHFFLing, and have been attempting Comp-Smash for about 3-4 months)

So next time, Think before you type, and save us all the bother of having to read what you post

You've never played against a pro, have you? I thought the same way, but when I played my first pro, I got 3 or 4 stocked every time out of something like 15 matches. You NEED the advanced techniques to beat a true pro, because they will be using them.

Also, I'm pretty sure Slayer wasn't making a joke, he just didn't realize that www.mlg.com wasn't the major league gaming site. The actual site is http://www.mlgpro.com/

Now lets be honest, you din't really TRY to help me all that much, you just told me to get out of Smash. In my book, that's not helping.

Now i do agree with the reasons you said for posted videos, and i also agree with the fact that if you should take offence from people offering help (granted turner is stubburn like that, trust me, weve tried). Though, you say there was no point in these vids, did you look at the other video? granted i'm still as bad in it, my G&W is poor, but the Link in our Crew is using advance techniques.

Now, the only reason i got mad which i probably SHOULD apologise for) is because you tried to tell me to get out of something, no you probably didnt know this, as your not expected to, but this really does get me angry.
