100% Gordos?

I don't think I'm familiar with DDD enough to prove this, but I have a theory that Gordos are thrown every time if you perform the move to coincide EXACTLY with the opponents action. The exact timing is what I'm confused about, but I firmly believe a specific timing is significant to Gordo throws

Anyway someone can test this to be sure?

I get 100% bombs with peach, you got to make a full circle 5 times on the C stick before she pulls anything out.
