1 v 1 tournaments are now one stock

Yesterday Nintendo changed the rules of 1v1 tournaments form two stocks to one stock, most likely in an effort to make tournaments end faster.

This is not good news to wake up to, especially when it's only Wednesday.

Thoughts? How do you feel about this? Do you like or dislike the change? Will this make you play tournaments more or less?

I hated 2 stocks with a 2:30 time limit. I played Bowser and there were tons of matches were I felt I barely had enough time to kill my opponent.

And then Nintendo did the one thing that would make it worse. **** tournaments.

I main Bowser and Ganondorf. My tournament matches now last about 15 seconds.

That said, I don't particularly mind because I never took the online tournament mode seriously to begin with.
