PKF hasn't had any changes. Based on the 3DS GameXplain video on YouTube, I compared that Ness to Ness now. While there is a major difference between patch updates, there weren't any changes to PKF before and it doesn't appear to be now. This is all just a placebo, which is what the majority of Smashers have been experiencing after yesterday's update. Ness' PKF is "OK!"
