Hey, nice guide man! Some things I would also touch on:

-Against characters with good reflectors, tjolt can be problematic. I'd explain some of pika's other ways of approaching through foxtrot, quick attack, etc. Mixup is key, as I'm sure you know from playing pika.
-Matchups. Pika has a plethora of options, and how you need to use them changes so much from matchup to matchup. A patient, campy tjolt approach is suicide against characters like fox and especially mario. On the other hand, an overly aggressive, quick attack happy approach can be punished by a character with easily thrown out disjoints like Sheik's nair or some swordies. Pika demands a hell of a lot of adaptation to do well in certain matchups, more so than most high tiers.
