You guys all sounds biased. I mean really the primary argument you crossers have is AC deserves to be in Brawl... but isn't that only your opinion? We'll find out January 24th, I'd be surprised that if AC was going to be in he'd be an update. I could careless either way, but tell me AC fans I'm curious what would the AC look like... would it be girl or boy or when you win the AC would it be like the ride on the train and you can decided all that stuff in brawl too, or would it pull an AC off a GC memory card in your wii?

I guess technically, it's only my opinion that Mario deserves inclusion.

Also, it can be both. And it wouldn't have to have a costume or anything, it would be the original, raggedy outfit that the crosser wears at the beginning of each game.

The alternates would probably be different hats or hairstyles and different clothes, maybe even a gender change. (Face it, if Animal Crosser gets in he'll most likely be a boy.)

Mario is a bad counter example ... I mean really he was their first major transcending success. AC ... not so much ... yea it did well but it deserve to be in as much as Mario Characters, Zelda Characters, Metroid Characters, or Kirby Characters. I think AC is at least on the same deserving of ice climbers (maybe lower than them as IC was one of the games Head of Nintendo worked on ... so ... yea) or Game&Watch. I guess we'll see 01/24/08 ... it will be interesting though if something like that is allowed in Brawl, esp. if my AC could look like me and your AC look like you. I do agree that if AC is in it'll prolly be a boy, unless you consider AC an easy way for Brawl to boost its female representatives as they are trying to do ... then well ... we don't really know anything.

ACWW has sold more than 8 million copies. Which means that this one single game sold more copies than the Metroid SERIES has in the past three generations, and more copies than any Zelda game released in the past two generations (sad as it is).

Could you link to these sales figures?

Ressetti is a Assist Trophy, so either, a animal crossing person or Tom Nook as a fighter. XD

I support this thread... Plus Animal Crossing looks better the Mii's...

The only remaining choice for an AC rep, and I doubt that a series would get a stage, Assist Trophy, music, item, and series icon, but not a character.
You do relise, Animal Crossing has got a series icon, stage, music, item and a assist trophy...

#46.

It sold 1 million copies in three weeks in Japan alone. Its LTD (life-to-date) sales in Japan alone are in excess of 4.5 million copies sold. In PAL regions, it's sold more than 2 million copies. In America, it's sold more than 1.5 million copies.

ACWW is one of the most successful video games in the history of the industry. 8 million is nothing to sneeze at. Metroid may have a large fanbase and many, many great games, but it's definitely one of Nintendo's less successful major franchises.

I tried to make some icons thingys for you... XP Not that good. =/

Also I think the Animal Crosser's SSE storyline should be that the boy or girl just move into their house, then Tom Nook asks for a out ragous price for the house, while not having enough they decide to work for Nook, but then the Halberd flies over your town and sends down multiple enemies, after you destroy them, a cutscene occurs where the town is destroyed...

haha i just had a funny idea with how the "beehive" final smash would work..
like a tree would pop out of nowhere, then ud shake it.. and then like a big beehive falls out, and then 3 groups of bees fly out and attack ure opponents.. lol that would be awesome!!

Well, I had my doubts, but I like the moveset, and honestly, it does seem likely, so an AC rep has my support, especially this one.
