Wario Wario Wario
One of my favourite pieces of film trivia is that when they made The Muppet Movie they wanted the Rainbow Connection scene, which Jim Henson did submerged in water, to be their "movie magic" moment - but people liked Kermit riding the bike, which was extremely easy for them to do and had been done before. They were so upset about the hype over the bike that they put a scene in The Great Muppet Caper where almost every single Muppet rides a bike just to say "look how easy this is!"
