I think Nintendo is against both emulation and mods as to them, it's taking away money from their pockets. That's why they go after these people who run these emulation sites and mod creators and give them a C&D. Really though, I don't see the harm in it if someone is emulating or modding older games since Nintendo really isn't making money off of most of that **** anymore. Plus, 98% of games on these Retro consoles will never see the light of day again outside of the original releases and roms.
