What exactly makes it any difficult in Dynamax Adventures? The fact that it's decently fast and bulky?

I don't recall being able to get Dratini so early.
I personally beat Whitney with Smokescreen spam. Milk Drink was the most annoying part of it all.

You get it from Voltorb Flip in HGSS. It comes with Thunder Wave and Dragon Rage. Easy parahax and consistent damage.
