From my own experience, if you want good mobile games then don't play mobile games that involve Nintendo in any capacity.

Practically any Yo-Kai Watch or Sonic mobile game.
Sonic Runners you can get a fan supported version of free and I adored Runners.
Forces isn't too bad from what I played.
Alot of the YKW mobile games will require you to use Qooapp since they're JP exclusive so don't try those if you don't want to put up with a laguage barrier.
Puni Puni has addicting gameplay and with a little help, you can exploit the free initial stuff to try to catch up a little to power creep by releatedly starting a new game. It has pretty active Discords so it should be easy to find help in figuring it out.
YGO Duel Links I quite enjoyed with its great voice acting, just keep in mind its a completely different format from the actual card game but I can somewhat appreciate that since it allows alot of low tier cards like Alexandrite Dragon to be more usable for the longer run.
Shin Megami Tensei DX2 plays alot like a mainline SMTgame and has great 3D animation for the demons.

Even Masters is arguably just Yo-Kai Watch Medal Wars but with worse animation, no character customization and way easier.
