In these updates do they ever mention a release date for the next issue of IDW Sonic? I haven't checked myself yet but I've binge read the IDW run about a week ago and I'm really liking it so far.

It's not for Sonic, it's weekly content drops for a bunch of Sega properties-they all have their own "week". They might have an update on IDW but I'm not sure.
Also, unrelated but do you have any tips for reading the IDW comics? I watched videos to catch myself up until right before the Metal Virus arc (because I wanted to read it for myself).
