Well, I was definitely not referring to your plays. I'll get to them, eventually. Part of what I meant was analyzing my own, though I realised to trying to get more general patterns down facilitates it and it much more realistic as an approach.
You mention inflammatory disease, and while I'm definitely know doctor, I've heard a thing or two...it's unconventional, and you might not enjoy it very much at first. Have you looked into intermittent fasting? It sounds silly, but long story short, apparently it can cure a plethora of chronic diseases. Apparently our bodies are made to be so effecient, that it actually does a better job when it's not being weighed down by other processes (i.e digesting and producing stuff like insulin, etc.)... not what you'd expect to hear at a video game forums, huh? Anyway, see if you can give it a look under this very context. It's definitely unconventional, but I don't think it's unhealthy (doctors will always tell you to eat every few or so hours).

I had to take a break, due to volatile weather exacerbating the symptoms of my inflammatory disease and Smash was making things worse. I came back a little refreshed and realized I've been feeling rather toxic towards Smash and getting tilted more often, due to the online bull**** that can happen. I kind of had a realization that the desire to win can actually hamper your play, because it introduces the fear of loss. That fear will cloud your ability to think under pressure and prevent you from easily forming strategies on the fly, which was something I had been having difficulty with recently.
After taking that break, I noticed I performed much better than I had been and was calmer during a match, overall. That allowed me to better form strategies and think a little clearer. I'm going to try to work on the mental aspect and try to detach myself from the pressures of winning and focus on just playing better. Sort of just focusing on each situation as it comes, instead of worrying about whether I can win on the whole.
We'll see what that brings, but it might help with those MUs, as well as my ability as a player. There's no getting around my physical issues, so hopefully I can access my full strategic potential and outwit my opponent, instead of outplay.
