I doubt Bomberman is part of Fighter Pass 1. He has a shot for Fighter Pass 2 (if it's a thing, which I believe it is), but in terms of AT promotions, Waluigi and Isaac are likely to take higher priority due to the sheer size and volume of their fanbases. Bomberman's odds are best at the tail end of Fighter Pass 2 or Fighter Pass 3 onward.
