Bayonetta is problematic. She plays in such a way that was not meant for a game like Smash. You either nerf her to a point that she's not really a fitting representation of her character, or you pretty much keep a Dragon Ball Z character existing in a world where everyone else feels like Ultimate Muscle characters by comparison...
