On your "Signature" section in your profile, there's an icon that looks like a photo. Click on that, then drag and drop the stock icon you want into the white space

Yeah, you can just copy the link and there's a separate tab in the "Insert Image" tab that just let's you past the link of the image (it looks like chains)
