There were a few other weird bits on that page - there's outright misinformation about gaming only being 30 years old (even if this page was made in the 90s and was never updated that'd be incorrect) and the typical "devs recieve royalties" misinfo - the full paragraph that I humourously cropped has some really weird sentiments beyond "illegal = bad" - that 80s and 90s games aren't "vintage", what seems like pretty open admission of Disney-Vault artificial scarcity, and a suggestion that Nintendo cares more for preserving the characters featured in games than the games themselves
