Oswald wasn't given blue pants until Epic Mickey. OSWALD WASN'T GIVEN BLUE PANTS UNTIL EPIC MICKEY, MERCHANDISING FROM THE 20S GIVES HIM RED OR YELLOW PANTS DO NOT USE BLUE (maybe navy or baby blue would be permissible)

I think pink works for Oswald - I like how it blends with Mickey's red instead of contrasting, and non-effeminate male characters wearing pink is one of my favourite Character Design Things.
