Give up a different Up B so that he could have a decent recovery fitting his status as a heavy weight so that he doesn't die early, but also so that he doesn't have a frame 7 kill moves out of shield that punishes you for getting in against a character that is quite difficult to get in against if you aren't a speedster.

I'd alter the stats of Spin Attack rather than replacing it outright.

That'd be an acceptable substitute IMO but I dunno what I'd make his Up Special - Ascend would solve the OOS punish issue, but would probably be an even worse recovery.
