Anti-piracy ads are funny, I quite recently saw a YouTube ad where someone in a restaurant stole a pirate's sandwich and said "how do you like it?" and everyone laughed - which is hilarious to me because piracy is WAY more normalized IRL than online. I have only ever heard one person in a physical space condemn piracy (my estranged Reddit-atheist dad, who seems to have forgotten he helped me set up an R4 card as a kid), and everyone who has discussed the topic has just admitted to pirating as if it's nothing, usually unprompted and in public.
