Don’t wanna get too into it but we’ve still got two more acts left and i don’t think we’ve seen kaido’s awakening… yeah luffy didn’t beat him. Congratulations though!

As far as I can tell, kabuki plays don't necessarily have five acts - people just got that idea from skimming a Wikipedia article or something. For all we know, the arc is going to have four acts, with the fourth being the standard post-battle party/wrap-up/conclusion. (It would be a bit much to have the Straw Hats beat every single major member of Kaidou's alliance, including Kaidou himself, only to reveal that they weren't really beaten and drag this arc out for another two years)
