Honestly, Banjo's Wonderwing meter makes it seem like the dev team almost felt like they had to include a gimmick in a DLC character to sell enough copies, which is kinda sad.
In retrospect, if Banjo was more of a rushdown they probably wouldn't have even needed to put a cap on WW.
