When you say asdi do you mean automatic smash DI, and -9 and - 20 are the frames on shield correct?

I have a friend I play against who plays Marth/ Sheik and all he usually does is either uptilt / dtilt with marth or ftilt / up tilt with sheik. How can i punish these these tilts???

ok yeah i use 3.02 for practicing a lot of shield pressuring and overall tech i just wanted to see how other people use 4.05 so I can brain storm on how to practice with it.

Yeah I'll try this, I personally like to plan on what i want to practice for each day out of the week like ledge options , different laser (low, high Lasers ect), then pillar combos. Then the next day I'll practice shield pressure and some different stuff depending on what I need to work on.

How do i use 20XX 4.05 to practice with falco, just to let everyone know i also have 3.02 to practice shield pressure and all that but just wondering how I can use 4.05 to practice falco? Also which one would be more beneficial to use?

I know this may sound like a scrub thing to ask but I play against a guy who dash attacks or dash grabs either when I'm shooting lasers or he will just approach with it like 90% of the time. If i could figure how to punish those things that would be great.
