Not too hard. Roll, and during the roll, use the C-Stick to toss it in the direction of your choice. If you want to Glide Toss forward, roll towards your enemy, while smashing the C-Stick towards your enemy-- same thing for Glide Tossing upwards and downwards, but in their respective directions...

I agree with this. Personally I think that character counterpicking would be a viable option... Then again, that's totally unreasonable, considering how attached some Peach mains are to her Majesty.
