But if I'm using PSA, where exactly do I go to change, lets say, Mario's fireball to do 20%? That's what I mean.

How exactly do you edit an article? Like, if I wanted to change the damage or the effects. I've looked around in several places, but I can't find anything.

I hear ya on that. Maybe give it some super armor on start up, or just decreasing the start and/or ending lag on it would be fantastic. When you can swing a quick F-Smash sweetspot with Marth/Roy (more so Roy) and kill at 60% (near the edge), I think it would be fine to decrease the lag on this...

I know Shulk's flaws are what are holding him back, that's obvious. The extreme amounts of lag a good number of Shulk's moves are the main reason why people see him to not be really good. I just thought of this as a fun way to pick things up, y'know. Monado Boys is kinda there, I know that, but...
