Thanks! I do play Smash 4 mostly; I've tried Melee, but it's just so different. Anyway, if the scene is small, I'd be happy to do what I can to help get the Smash 4 scene growing.

Unfortunately, this upcoming tourney is going to be my last, at least until I have a break in college if this is still going on. I'm moving down to Mobile, Alabama for college in about a week. I've really enjoyed Packrats, and I hope that I'll be able to go back when I come home on breaks.

How big is Smash 4 for these events? I'm going to be moving to Mobile in about 3 weeks, so I am likely going to attend the September event, and I'm wondering how many people generally show up.

I feel like something that is really useful as well is cape gimping characters with bad recoveries like Falcon and other Marios.
