I would totally take a Peach to Dreamland. s2j would too. You have so much space to run circles around her. Stages seem pretty MU dependent for the most part IMO but I'd say Yoshi's and FoD are consistently Falcon's worst stages in general. There's a lot of tricks you can do on both stages...

A really fun bait I like is WD OOS back against laser -> SH aerial approach from Falco, then grab the aerial. Falco's love trying to cross up with aerials or going deep for shield pressure, WD back gives you a tool to mess up their spacing and get a shield grab off of it.
