    Most tournament viable characters have consistent and easy combos, our combos are all difficult to pull off and can only work in like 7% ranges. Getting off a combo is great, but it's not consistent enough to rely on.

    You'd have to be hacking to reach them fast enough at KO%. There's no point where u-tilt rest combos and KO's on the ground. Even if you hit u-tilt with the front of your body. It's just not possible. After like 20% u-tilt sends people too far to reach before hitstun is over.

    Yeah up-tilt rest is only useful on a platform. Uptilt--uptilt--dair-fair-rest works at 0% but just try getting that off lol.

    Well it was actually just moved, not locked or deleted. It's definitely a true combo. Try it yourself, if you rest fast enough it's a true combo. Unless my combo counter is glitched that is.
