Are there text instructions anywhere for how to use the Replay/Save State system? Even if it's not as thorough as the videos I learn better by quickly reading instructions and experimenting myself.

Are the individual asm codes/dol mods used in the hack pack available online anywhere, or would I have to extract them from the .dol file (if so, would this be difficult).
