It was a good time. The caliber of player was very high, and I got the opportunity to play against many excellent players. Only my second tournament but I'm happy with the progress I've made. People actually give me advice now lol.

I'll be out this week, probably gonna drag Blazing Fury along.

If all goes well, I'll be there. I've got an OSHA class in Milwaukee till one, so short of that killing me I'll show up at four.

True, and I remember playing against ppl of about my level. Scheduling was also an issue, since typically on Thursdays I played MtG at my FLGS. Now that you guys are moving to an unoccupied day of the week, and my buddies are once again interested in attending, I can see myself showing up more.

I can't speak for fury, but I felt like I needed to do some serious lvling before I dared show my face again. I was REALLY bad :urg: I'm still not great, but my Marth isn't as scrubby as it used to be. Oh, and I finally dropped Roy lol

Well I guess I'll stop lurkin. Been practicing, so I might be around for some smash this summer. I've talked with P1xl and Blazing Fury and I think they're in the same boat.

On the 2D fighting front, I've ordered Street Fighter Alpha 2 for Sega Saturn if anyone is up for some oldschool fighting games. I've got quite a few oldschool systems, and I hope to expand that library to Neo Geo at some point. I've always wanted to play Fatal Fury and KoF on their original...

There is a lot on the furthest left of the building (that big P at the end of park st.) There are meters but I'm pretty sure its free on Thursdays.

I plan to be around. If we need more systems, I'll bring mine as a backup.

Any time Wednesday works for me. However, for practicality 5 or 6 on might be a good starting point. Never been to Netherworld. I'm a terrible drafter, so I exclusively play constructed outside of prereleases/launch parties.

I do have one put together, and I plan on building another. I also have 2 other decks more geared towards multiplayer (however, since both are combo/control, they also function in 1v1.)

I play Standard/Legacy over at Misty Mountain, and I also play a lot of EDH/chaos multiplayer over at Pegasus Game's casual night.
