Zero suit samus and pikachu partners in subspace emissary?
I find it pretty aproppriate, considering that Samus indeed has a thing for cute animals. I bet baby Metroids have a certain charm to them if you just look at them real close. But anyway, it'll be interesting to see just what kind of interaction they have in the cutscenes.- Sparce

Why Pikachu?
Can't believe no one tried to explain it this way. I mean, if the question is "Why Pikachu?", there's more to it than "He's so KYUUUUT!", you just need to think about the answer gamewise. First of all, I don't think that Nintendo would've chosen Pikachu as the mascot if it hadn't already...
