I did this exact combo! however I did throw two forward airs at the start, then rising tornado into super punch. Super unreliable since your opponent has to be heavy and DI toward you.

I'm not to sure. At this point I think tech skill would give me more options for landing and mind games. So it would defiantly help me with different ways of approaching and spacing.
