@aircaves dTilt actually comes out of frame 4, tied with Jab for our fastest move.

Since the recent update, I have been unable to cancel Diddy's popgun when doing a momentum shift out of Monkey Flip. Now, the popgun always goes off, rather than disappearing after the shift. Has this tech been removed?
