Isabelle's trailer was terrible and dragged on for way too long, no wonder it's in a general Nintendo direct and not a Smash specific one. Despite my view on the trailer, I'm really happy about Isabelle's inclusion in Smash Ultimate. She's an AC fan favorite and looks fun to play.

Nobody. Smash won't even be mentioned in this direct. Now that I've said that we'll get two newcomers tomorrow. Wouldn't even be mad. Ganondorf's moves are based on Captain Falcon and I still love playing as him.

It's not bad news. Even if the Smash team decides that they are too similar, Geno could still be an echo of Skullkid. I think those two are pretty different though.

Shadow and Skullkid not being assist trophies doesn't mean they'll be playable fighters. Isaac was removed as an assist trophy in Smash 4 and he isn't playable in that game.
