It's the hitbox on Toon Link's body that deals 0% damage.

I see, so there was supposed to be a single hitbox that deals no damage? I even tried it out in Training Mode (which I know does not include stale moves) and I still found that it sometimes deals 0% damage. during the multiple hits.

Interestingly, whenever Toon Link performs a grounded Spin Attack, there is a chance that he will do 0% damage, but will still make the opponent flinch. I believe that the backroom forgot to modify the damage of one hitbox, which was a similar issue to Captain Falcon whenever he performed a...

It is rather ironic, knowing that Metroid, Star Fox, and Donkey Kong (universe) each having two non-DLC representatives (the reason I said like that is because EarthBound also has two representatives, with Lucas being DLC) and no villain/rival being a playable character.

I think he would either have his SF643D voice or reuse his voice clips from Brawl, just like Lucas.

September 30 predictions: Character Chance: 70% If any character get revealed, it's most likely gonna be Wolf as a veteran and 1 new comer. Stage prediction: 90% For sure we're getting Super Mario Maker and a new stage which may be announced next week.

There's also a chance that they will announce a direct on August 28th and announce Wolf, which would the same day Star Fox Command was released in North America back in 2006.

I don't know, November seems like a long time to wait for Wolf. I still prefer that he gets announced in late August or early September so that we don't have to wait as long.
