Use rest to make them feel scared. Know rest setups e.g. uptilt, upthrow. Make sure not to get shield grabbed. Jigglypuff has one of the strongest punish games, you need to play safe and wait for them to make mistakes and then rack up percentage when they do.

Has it made your game significantly better? How many times do you use it per game?

A question that crossed my mind a few times. I've noticed that DR isn't that frequently used in competition, so why is it glorified like it is? Yes in theory compared to Melees wave dashing, but in practice it seems much less efficient. Is DR worth learning in the long run?
