Am I just awful at teching, or is Kirby's d-throw a one-way ticket to hell?
You always hit the ground after Kirby's D-throw; you just need to learn the proper timing for a tech. Kirby will do a bunch of rapid kicks, then one big last one. On the last one, you'll bounce up.
