He should be in brawl because all of the games/series the characters in the SSB series are from are original. If you are going to include a game series in SSB, you HAVE to have the original character/hero, or it's just not worth it.

Same here. I use analog for jumping and WDing, i cant seem to pres Y and X and A and Tap the Down button AND press L. Its easier to just do, Up A Down L.
