My first main was Pikachu, originally from melee. Then I tried him on the 64 version, and then he was on Brawl.

Pikachu, I always played as Pikachu in all the games, I don't think I can imagine taking him out as a different character.

One thing that always fascinates me and should be put in SSB4 is if every character had their own story mode. It would be completely awesome, and would probably get a special and third character trophy.
