It does that because side b uses activation hitboxes instead of regular hitboxes, like captain falcon's side b.

If you hold the angle you do your waveland onto the stage you can just hit A at the right frame and you'll ftilt.

Her dthrow has a lot more hitlag on it, this also makes it way easier to DI. Huge nerf overall, pretty saddening
