I love this idea. However, she needs to be a little bit taller (she's only 10 cm shorter than Sonic), and may I ask why you're using her Olympic Winter Games outfit? Other than that, I have a few ideas about her attacks. Such as her air Up-B should be that flying thing she does from Sonic...

So, this is ready to download? If so, what do I do with the file, just keep the name and put it in the Lucario file with my textures? Or do I have to do something special?

The only "special" characters I use are the hyphen and the apostrophe. Also, I do use the songs.db that comes out of the GUI.

How? I'm using notepad++, I used your GUI, what could I possibly be doing wrong?

So now I have the same problem, I just don't know why.

It's not? Then why does the game still freeze after the loading screen? Doesn't this have anything to do with it?
