Up smashed buffed. Jab "buffed" and the tipper changes ofc. All I know for now. Up smashed has a bigger ground hit box and just the sword does 16% uncharged, if the ground boxes hit its 17%

This is probably the worst list that has ever been made since the game came out >.> Do you guys not know how close / how many 50-50 match ups exist do the amount of balanced in this game? Seriously there is no reason to have more than 4 or 5 "tiers" for characters. S , A , B , C , D is enough...

I actually do this a lot... just it's extremely unsafe. My methods of using it are either Short hop instant air ddoge into n-air 1, then do any follow up or. Short hop, dancing blade 1, into n-air 1 into follow up. Or my personal favorite but very hard to do and mainly works @ around 45%...

So back before the shield breaker nerf patch I used to test F-smash tipper vs Neutral B tipper kill %s for the purpose of shield break kills.... I was testing it out today and apparently things are very different. F-smash used to kill 1% earlier than Neutral B.... However.... I tested...

I've played against almost every MU and about 70% of the cast at a "high level" of play. Here is my conclusion, feel free to ask about certain Match ups if needed. Sidenote: My Play-style has a big factor on deciding these matches. My methods may work better/worst than other Top Marths...
