    Fact of the Day: :goomba: The Goomba enemy's japanese name is "Kuribo". Which means "Chestnut People" even though Goomba's are based on Shiitake Mushrooms. This happened because their name creator thought their 8-bit sprites looked like chestnuts. This was refernced in Super Mario World where Galoombas or Kuribon look a lot more like chestnuts.
